They maintain regular customer service hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All shipments originate from their fulfillment center in Philadelphia, PA. Notably, shipments are restricted to addresses within the contiguous United States and cannot be sent to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, or international locations. Di Bruno Bros takes care in packaging and handling orders to ensure products arrive in optimal condition. They strive to adhere to provided ship-to addresses accurately. In cases where delivery is not feasible, customers are contacted for resolution. Shipping charges are determined by the ship-to address and order value. Standard, expedited, and rush shipping options are available. Gift cards are also offered, with options for expedited delivery or electronic transmission. For inquiries or assistance, customers can reach out to their customer service team at 1.888.322.4337 or customerservice@dibruno.com. Customer service hours include weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, as well as weekends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST. Voicemail messages left after hours will be addressed promptly.

The processing of orders at Di Bruno Bros typically requires one business day. It's important to note that the delivery timeframe begins once the delivery service picks up the package, not upon order submission. The chosen shipping method during checkout is applicable to the transit time. If an order is marked as 'processing' on the tracking page, it indicates that the shipping label has not been generated yet. The fulfillment team occasionally holds certain orders to ensure product freshness and quality. The tracking information will be updated automatically when the carrier takes possession of the package. However, it's worth mentioning that processing times might be extended, especially during holiday seasons.

When customers place orders on DiBruno.com, their orders are guaranteed to undergo careful handling and meticulous packaging to ensure the products arrive in optimal freshness. Each order is packaged with great attention to detail, and all necessary precautions are taken to ensure that both the customer and the gift recipient receive the delectable products in excellent condition. Di Bruno Bros recognizes that cheese is a durable food that predates refrigeration, and their packing materials are designed to withstand heat. The ice packs included in shipments keep products cool for up to three days, effectively maintaining the quality of the order. Customers can simply refrigerate the cheeses upon receipt to restore them to their original conditions. Di Bruno Bros assures customers that they have implemented appropriate measures to guarantee the peak freshness of the products, including expedited shipping when products require extra refrigeration.
