Cash Back Terms

General

Our Cash back Program allows you, our users, to earn cash back rewards by registering your eligible credit or debit card(s) through Price.com and by making purchases with that linked card through Price.com partners that have opted in to the Price.com registered credit card program (“Participating Businesses”). You will earn Price.com Cash and can redeem Price.com Cash for cash back, subject to these terms and conditions. After close of the redemption period (the period of time it takes to process and authenticate a transaction) in which Price.com Cash is earned, if your account is in good standing, upon request, you may redeem your Price.com Cash on a dollar to dollar basis for cash back. There is a minimum redemption amount of $25 and redemption shall not exceed the total Price.com Cash you have earned, but not yet redeemed).

Ownership

Price.com Cash is the property of Price.com and as such, any Price.com Cash you earn cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, attached, pledged or bartered under any circumstance (unless specifically authorized by Price.com), including disability, death, upon operation of law or in connection with a domestic relations or other legal dispute. Price.com may suspend redemption rights of your Price.com Cash if a dispute occurs between you and Price.com.

Linking of credit/debit cards

You may link an eligible Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card(s) to the Cash back Program for the sole purpose of monitoring purchases of goods or services at any of the Participating Businesses. Each uniquely-numbered credit or debit card is only eligible to be linked to one profile on the Price.com website. If your credit or debit card has more than one authorized user, and the credit or debit card is linked to your profile in the Price.com website, authorized purchases with a Price.com Participating Business will be monitored. Price.com Cash earned from those purchases will be distributed to the customer selected on the Price.com profile where the card is linked. Please note that not all cards can be monitored by Price.com’s third party monitoring service (“Fidel”) Some Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are not eligible for registration. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Corporate cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Purchasing cards, non-reloadable prepaid cards, government- administered prepaid cards (including EBT cards), healthcare (including Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or insurance prepaid cards, Visa Buxx, and Visa-, MasterCard-, and American Express-branded cards whose transactions are not processed through the Visa U.S.A payment system, MasterCard payment system, and/or American Express payment system, respectively are not eligible to participate.

You acknowledge that Visa, MasterCard, and American Express may not monitor every transaction made with your enrolled Visa, MasterCard or Amercian Express, including PIN-based purchases, purchases you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN, payments made through other payment methods (such as a digital wallet or a third party payment app, where you may choose your Visa, MasterCard, American Express card as a funding source but you do not present your card directly to the merchant), payments of existing balances, balance transfers, or transactions that are not processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A., MasterCard or American Express payment systems, and that these transactions are not eligible. You may opt-out of this monitoring at any time by selecting ‘Account’ from the settings of your Price.com account and deleting your registered card(s). You acknowledge that if you choose not to register a credit or debit card or if you do not use our receipt scan functionality, you will not be generating a qualified transactions that earns Price.com Cash.

If you register a debit card, your transaction must be processed as a ‘credit’ (i.e., signature) transaction to make sure the transaction can be monitored. Do not use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) when paying for your purchases with your enrolled card if you want the transaction to be eligible for rewards or offer completion

Cash back program closure

Price.com Cash must be redeemed within 60 days after you close your account. If you close your account, you must request and redeem your Price.com Cash within 60 days after the date of your account closing via email at info@Price.com.com. Price.com will have a record of your account based on your registration information. If you request your redemption after you close your account, Price.com will issue a check for the remaining Price.com Cash in your account.. If you do not redeem your Price.com Cash within 60 days after your account is closed, you will forfeit any remaining Price.com Cash. All earnings less than $25 at time of account closure will be forfeited and are not redeemable.
