About Starbucks

Starbucks is a global coffeehouse chain known for handcrafted espresso beverages, teas, blended Frappuccinos, refreshers, and seasonal drinks. Alongside daily food items like warm breakfast sandwiches and pastries, Starbucks sells packaged whole bean coffee, single-serve pods, and branded merchandise including tumblers and mugs. Direct customer savings are primarily managed through the Starbucks Rewards program, where members earn Stars on purchases to redeem for complimentary drinks, food, and customization options. For online retail merchandise and coffee, standard shipping is waived on qualifying orders over $50 or with recurring coffee subscriptions. Physical merchandise and unopened packaged coffee purchased at retail locations can be returned with a receipt within 60 days of purchase, whereas online store merchandise returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
