Frequently Asked Questions

Does Price.com currently list any SoftMoc discount codes or coupons?

There are currently no active SoftMoc coupon codes or promotional deals listed on Price.com. Because SoftMoc periodically releases discount codes and holds promotional sales, check the Price.com store page regularly for future updates.

What is the SoftMoc return policy?

SoftMoc allows returns for regular and clearance items within 60 days of purchase, either in person at a store location or via mail. Prepaid return shipping labels are available for orders that originally qualified for free shipping, and free size exchanges are offered for non-clearance footwear.

SoftMoc does not match prices from competing stores. However, softmoc.com provides a 7-day price adjustment on regular-priced items if the purchased style is discounted directly on the website within 7 days of order placement without a promotional code.

How does the SoftMoc Rewards program work?

SoftMoc Rewards is a loyalty program that lets shoppers earn points on eligible merchandise purchases. Members can track active orders, manage returns easily online, and participate in special point-multiplier promotional events.
