About Jacoje

Jacoje is a direct-to-consumer fine jewelry brand specializing in 14K and 18K solid gold chains, pendants, bracelets, and sterling silver pieces. Known for classic styles such as Cuban link, Franco, Figaro, and rope chains, the retailer operates on a transparent gram-weight pricing model to offer fine gold jewelry directly to buyers. Standard jewelry orders typically ship via FedEx 2DAY Express and require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure secure transit. While fulfillment for ready-to-ship chains and bracelets usually takes two to three business days, custom pendants and rings may require additional lead time. Customers seeking fine gold chains and matching accessories can explore Jacoje's full product catalog online.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Jacoje's shipping policy for fine jewelry?

Jacoje ships domestic orders primarily using FedEx 2DAY Express. What is the return and exchange policy at Jacoje?

Jacoje does not currently offer a formal price matching policy or a dedicated loyalty rewards program. Instead, pricing reflects gold gram weight and manufacturing specifications. Customers can subscribe to the merchant's email list for updates on new inventory releases.
