About DesignCap
DesignCap is a web-based graphic design platform that enables users to produce custom visual assets using pre-made templates, stock photos, vector icons, and data visualization tools. Designed for fast creation without requiring advanced editing skills, the service covers materials such as infographics, presentations, posters, flyers, brochures, logos, and social media graphics. Users can personalize layouts with a drag-and-drop editor, upload custom fonts, and generate high-resolution exports for print or digital sharing. DesignCap provides a free plan with standard assets alongside paid subscription options that expand asset storage and download quality. Customers seeking savings can choose annual billing over monthly subscription plans to access reduced overall rates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does DesignCap offer coupon codes or promo codes?
DesignCap rarely releases public promo codes or site-wide coupon codes. Savings are primarily built into its annual subscription plans, which provide a lower effective monthly rate compared to month-to-month billing. You can also monitor the Price.com DesignCap page to see if any new offers become available.
Is there a free plan available on DesignCap?
Yes, DesignCap offers a free plan that allows users to test the editor, customize select templates, and export basic files. Upgrading to a paid subscription opens up high-resolution PDF and PNG exports, custom font uploads, and full template libraries.
What is DesignCap's refund and cancellation policy?
DesignCap offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial paid plan purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically, so cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to prevent charges for the subsequent billing period.
