Frequently Asked Questions

Does BEL Furniture offer promo codes or coupon codes?

BEL Furniture generally focuses on factory-direct pricing, multi-room package discounts, and seasonal sales rather than public promo codes. Price.com does not currently list active BEL Furniture coupon codes or promotional offers, so shoppers should check the BEL Furniture store page on Price.com for future updates.

What is the return and cancellation policy for BEL Furniture purchases?

Orders canceled within 72 hours of purchase prior to delivery or pickup receive a full refund, while cancellations after 72 hours incur a 25% fee. After delivery or pickup, a 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows a one-time re-selection of equal or greater value without a restocking fee. Requesting a direct refund after delivery incurs a 25% cancellation fee, and original delivery fees are non-refundable. Mattresses, clearance items, and special orders are excluded from the 3-day return policy.

How does the BEL Furniture mattress comfort guarantee work?

Qualifying mattresses include a 180-Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee that allows a one-time exchange after a required 30-night trial period. To remain eligible for this exchange, buyers must purchase a qualifying mattress protector at the time of the original order.

Does BEL Furniture offer a price match guarantee?

Yes, BEL Furniture provides a 180-Day Price Guarantee. If a customer identifies a lower advertised price on an identical in-stock item from a competitor within 180 days of purchase, the retailer matches the lower price by issuing the price difference as an in-store credit valid for 30 days. Online-only specials and clearance items are excluded from price matching.
