Frequently Asked Questions

Does myAustrian offer promo codes or coupon discounts?

myAustrian rarely issues traditional public promo codes or coupon codes. Savings are typically offered through seasonal fare promotions, flexible Cash & Miles booking options, or advance purchase fares. Price.com does not currently list active coupon codes or promotional deals for myAustrian.

How do baggage allowances work when booking flights on myAustrian?

Baggage allowances depend on the fare class and route selected. Economy Light and Basic fares usually exclude checked baggage, requiring an add-on fee, while higher fare tiers include checked luggage. Adding baggage online before arrival at the airport generally secures lower fees.

How does the Miles & More program work with myAustrian?

Miles & More is the official loyalty program for myAustrian and Lufthansa Group carriers. Passengers earn miles on eligible flights and Star Alliance partner routes, which can be redeemed for flight awards, cabin upgrades, or special travel services. Frequent flyers can also earn elite status for benefits like lounge access and elevated baggage limits.
